Further discussions were held in regards to impact of regulatory authorities insisting on 180-Days storage capacity for financial instituitions. While Exim Bank did perform standard recording at branch-level it was of paramount importance to enhance the capactiy and look at possible options of centralized storage for all branches. With continuous communication with stakeholders, a solution of Hikivision CVR was presented to Exim Bank allowing them to meet standard set by the regulators.

The proposal also included a storage facility of 180-Days at the Exim Bank HQ, CMS (central management software - Hikvision IVMS-5200 Pro), centralised Access Control System and also an Alarm Notification Center.

With the acceptance of the proposal, it was agreed that Secure 7 System Limited setup a video wall and storage servers which are manufactured by Hikvision.

Secure 7 proposed an ergonomic design of the control room which entailed customized setup to meet with brand guidelines provided by Exim Bank marketing team. The video wall installation was conducted at a distance which would not constrain the eye-sight of the operators and the storage solution to be setup at the highly secured Data Center.

The centralized monitoring station included options to playback videos, review video content analytics and business intelligence options. With the Licensed IVMS-5200 Pro from Hikvision, Exim Bank is able to manage all remote cameras from a centralized location including options to manage scheduled storage to and from all remote Turbo DVR's. With specialised software, the operators can easily manage the video wall.

Furthermore, the solution also entails options to remote view all ATM's across Tanzania along with the branch offices. An additional network screen in control room allows the operators to review network status across branch network.
